BUT

just in case anyone has missed out my announcement today

here's e reminders 4 everyone



Reminders

1) pls "report"to Welfare b4 u start ur duty


2) pls do duty in a group to ensure e cleaniness of e class

e.g if u r doin floor duty, pls do duty TOGETHER wif other 3 ppl who r also under floor duty


3) Welfare will be checkin 4 e cleaniness of e class THROUGHOUT e whole day as well as EVERY MORNING


4) ppl on duty will be asked to clean up e class if Welfare spots dirty/untidy places

so if u don wan 2 b cleanin e class again n again, pls ask ur frenz not to litter. n dear frenz, just kindly do a favour 4 ppl on duty. not to litter e class n help to keep e class clean also^^


5) Every morning if Welfare spots e class to b dirty/untidy, e names of ppl on duty e day b4 will appear on e board. Names will not b erase until e end of e day.



6) if somebody's name appears twice on e board, further punishment(s) will b given to e person.

e.g e person will hav to do duty on his/her own 4 e followin week (whole week)



7) no more "didn do duty PROPERLY" will appear on e board. if e class is bein spotted dirty/ untidy, "yesterday XXX didn do their duty" will appear on e board instead.



Tat's all about e new rules for e time bein. modifications may be made to e rules as time passes by (dependin on how well e new system works).
